Job description for Strategic Planner at PT. ANUGRAH CIPTA KARYATAMA
Job Scope:
- Digging into audience insights, trends, and competitors as the basis for communication strategy.
- Defining the overall campaign direction, key messages, and brand positioning.
- Creating a campaign plan & content plan (from big idea → breaking it down into a content calendar).
- Writing briefs for the creative team & ensuring content aligns with strategy.
- Producing social media content (captions, light copy) & coordinating visuals/production.
- Managing social media accounts daily (posting, monitoring, engaging with audience).
- Running digital ads on social media platforms to broaden reach.
- Monitoring content & campaign performance via data (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion).
- Analyzing campaign results and providing recommendations for improvement going forward.
- Acting as a bridge between the brand, the creative team, and the audience with measurable strategy and consistent execution.
Requirement:
- Male/Female
- Bachelor/Master’s Degree in Communication, Marketing, Management, Economics, Business, Engineering
- Experienced in Strategic Planner 3-5 years in Advertising Agency setting
- Able to speak English as conversational language
- Able to create & present powerpoint in English
