We are hiring on behalf of a client in the interior construction industry for a Store Supervisor role for Mandarin Speaker. This position is responsible for overseeing daily showroom operations, inventory management, sales performance, and customer relationships while ensuring operational excellence and strong coordination with manufacturing teams. The role is based in PIK 2.
Job Requirements:
- Min. DIII/S1, graduates from Design Interior, Management/Public Speaking.
- 2–5 years of experience in sales roles (preferably in furniture, lifestyle, or interior retail)
- Strong communication and persuasive selling skills
- Target-driven and able to manage multiple client accounts independently, Comfortable in field-based client visits and showroom meetings
- Mandatory Fluent in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills to effectively interact with international clients and colleagues.
- Creative, Highly motivated, finding self satisfaction in making customers happy with their services
- Strong negotiation, and strong analytical capabilities, Well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Experience work with retail hours, including holidays and weekends.
- Willing to join as ASAP
Job Responbilities:
- Being a knowledgeable Interior Furniture consultant of Luxury Furniture Brands products to high-end market.
- Managing interior projects from making proposal and price quotation, site survey, finalizing finishes, creating order list, managing customer payments, supervising delivery and set up.
- Make market analysis and predictions for custom furniture and together with the sales and marketing team make sales plans
- Maintain relationship with new and current customers and Interior Designer.
- Stand by in showroom to meet clients and also walk-in customers.
- Preparing and submitting the daily, weekly or monthly report
- Responsible for being a liaison between the company and the factory and also the expedition in terms of sending goods ordered by clients.
