Job description for Store Manager at PT. Kultur Kopi Indonesia
- Manage daily café operations
- Manage COGS
- Interact with customers to ensure all inquiries and feedback are handled promptly & appropriately
- Develop business strategies to raise our customers’ pool, expand store traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Manage training of new staff in accordance with our service standards
- Maintain updated records of daily, weekly and monthly revenues and expenses
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs and build career paths
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
- Age maximal 35 years old
- Minimal Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in hospitality or any related major
- Well-groomed and presentable
- Proven working experience as assistant or Store Manager minimal 3 years in F&B Industry (preferably in café)
- Minimal 4 Years Experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Fluent both in written & spoken English
- Can work well under pressure & have flexible working hour
- Strong managerial & communication skills
- Strong commitment to service excellence.
