With the opening of new pizzerias, we are looking for a Store Manager ready to take responsibility for the successful operation of the pizzeria and team development.
English proficiency is a mandatory requirement.
What you will do:
- Organize and manage team operations.
- Ensure product quality and service standards.
- Manage the pizzeria's financial operations.
- Recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team members.
- Conduct inventories and audits.
- Analyze and improve key performance indicators.
- Maintain documentation and reporting.
What we expect from you:
- Experience working with a team (preferably in management).
- Willingness to complete full training: from pizza maker trainee to store manager.
- Ability to take responsibility for the business as if it were your own.
- Skills to work effectively in a dynamic environment and adapt to changes.
- Ability to work in a team and motivate people.
