VONEWORLD adalah sebuah perusahaan/brand fashion yang bergerak di bidang affordable luxury, dengan fokus pada tas kulit premium, aksesori, dan berbagai produk fashion lainnya. Didirikan pada tahun 2023 sebagai sister brand dari Vone Official yang telah berdiri sejak 2014, VONEWORLD menghadirkan perpaduan antara kualitas premium, craftsmanship, dan desain yang timeless untuk memenuhi kebutuhan gaya hidup modern.
Seiring dengan perkembangan brand, VONEWORLD akan membuka flagship store pertamanya di ASHTA District 8, Jakarta. Untuk mendukung proses pembukaan dan operasional toko, VONEWORLD mencari seorang Store Manager yang akan berperan penting dalam mengawal seluruh proses, mulai dari tahap pembangunan dan persiapan pembukaan toko (pre-opening), hingga memastikan operasional toko berjalan secara efektif setelah resmi beroperasi.
Responsibilities
Store Pre-Opening
• Coordinate the store fit-out and construction process.
• Act as the main liaison between contractors, ASHTA mall management, suppliers, and the Voneworld team.
• Monitor project timeline and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate permits, store setup, and opening preparations.
• Provide regular progress reports to management.
Post-Opening
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise store staff (SPGs), scheduling, attendance, and performance.
• Manage inventory, stock accuracy, and replenishment.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational & sales reports.
• Monitor petty cash and basic financial reporting.
• Ensure store visual merchandising and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Coordinate maintenance and operational issues with the mall or vendors.
• Support marketing campaigns and store events.
• Act as the main point of contact between the Jakarta store and management.
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail operations, store management, or project coordination.
• Experience handling retail store opening is a plus.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace.
• Willing to work on-site in Jakarta and support the store during the opening period.
