Job Descriptions
1. Collaborate with partner store managers to complete all store operation and management tasks.
2. Develop store sales plans and strategies, and lead the partner team to achieve sales targets assigned by the company.
3. Maintain effective communication and collaboration with platforms and headquarters, supporting the implementation of company strategies.
4. Monitor product inventory turnover, coordinate with partners for timely restocking, and ensure product displays comply with the company’s VM standards.
5. Supervise store customer service, handle customer complaints, and ensure customers receive a satisfactory service experience.
6. Team Management: Assist partners in store staff recruitment and training to ensure sufficient manpower, high employee motivation, and quality service.
7. Maintain good communication and collaboration with partners to ensure the effective implementation of company policies.
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone or consumer electronics industry is preferred.
2. Proven effective leadership.
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
4. Target oriented.
5. Sales report and analysis with Ms. Excel.
6. Can join immediately.
