Job description for Store Leader at PT Mitra Cahaya Inovasi

We represent our client that are a well-known manufacturer and retailer of gold jewelry in Indonesia, with a wide range of designs and collections to cater to different tastes and budgets. They have been in business for over 10+ years and have built a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and support daily sales performance to ensure the achievement of store targets.
- Coordinate closely with Area Manager to implement marketing programs and promotional activities.
- Ensure all store operations are carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Manage and motivate store team members, including Sales Associates and Security, to deliver high performance and uphold service standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail operations, preferably in the jewelry or luxury brand industry (traditional gold store experience is also welcomed).
- Proven experience in managing store teams and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on operational discipline and customer satisfaction.
