Qualifications
- Male/ Female
- Graduated from hotel & restaurant management, or related major
- Experienced as a store manager in F&B with several stores
- Excellent in English both spoken and written
- Computer literacy: Ms. Word, and Ms. Excel
- Good communication and leadership skills, well organized, and have a strong personality
- Able to work with detail, analysis, and strategic thinking
Responsibilities
- Ensure operational and non-operational activities at all outlets run following SOP
- Create concepts to improve customer experience
- Collaborating with an internal and external partner for outlet development
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of Supervisor and Leader Outlet
- Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with details
