-Mencuci peralatan dapur, piring, gelas, dan perlengkapan makan lainnya.

-Menjaga kebersihan dan sanitasi area dapur sesuai standar kebersihan.

-Membuang sampah dapur secara rutin dan sesuai prosedur.

-Mengelola persediaan alat kebersihan dapur.

-Membantu chef dan kitchen crew bila dibutuhkan, terutama saat jam sibuk.

-Memastikan peralatan disimpan dengan rapi setelah dibersihkan.

-Menjalankan tugas tambahan lainnya yang diberikan oleh atasan.
