Kualifikasi:

- Laki-laki/Perempuan
- Pendidikan min. S1 Psikologi/Manajemen/Akuntansi/Ekonomi
- Pengalaman min. 1 tahun di bidang Payroll, Compensation & Benefit, atau Human Resources (freshgraduate dipersilahkan)
- Memahami proses payroll (perhitungan gaji hingga pelaporan)
- Mengetahui sistem HRIS, peraturan ketenagakerjaan, BPJS, PPh 21, serta kompensasi lainnya
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis data dan ketelitian yang baik
- Mahir Microsoft Excel (wajib menguasai fungsi logika IF, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Pivot Table untuk rekonsiliasi data keuangan karyawan)
- Komunikatif, tanggap, disiplin, dan memahami fungsi HRD

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

- Penghitungan & Eksekusi Penggajian (Payroll Execution)
- Pengelolaan & Pengawasan Kasbon Karyawan (Cash Advance Management))
- Pengelolaan Potongan & Pinalti/Denda Karyawan
- Manajemen Kompensasi Variabel (Bonus & Insentif)
- Pemeliharaan Data Historis (Compensation History Tracking)
- Hubungan Kemitraan & Perbankan (Payroll Vendor Relations)
