PT. Sekarmas Nusantara membuka posisi Staff Human Resource Compensation-Benefit Officer untuk kantor Merapi Park dengan persyaratan:
- Minimal S1 Hukum, Psikologi, atau Manajemen
- Berpengalaman sebagai staff HRD minimal 2 tahun
- Mampu mengelola absensi karyawan dan paham proses payroll
- Menguasai UU Ketenagakerjaan dan skema penghitungan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dan BPJS Kesehatan
- Memahami penggunaan beberapa recruitment platform, dan Training Karyawan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan kemampuan interpersonal yang baik
- Menguasai Ms. Office (Word, Excel, dan Power Point)
- Diutamakan paham proses HRIS
- Paham tentang perpajakan
- Mampu berbahasa Inggris (lisan maupun tulisan)
- Memiliki keterampilah organisasi dan manajemen waktu yang baik
- Problem-solver dan mampu mengambil keputusan yang baik
- Pendidikan dan sertifikasi di bidang HR diutamakan
- Mampu bekerja secara mobile sesuai kebutuhan
- Memiliki kendaran pribadi
- Bersedia ditempatkan di Sleman, DIY
