Job description for Staff Accounting at PT. Dragon Pack

Kualifikasi:

1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Akuntansi, Keuangan, atau bidang terkait

2. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 2 tahun sebagai Staff Accounting

3. Memahami proses akuntansi dasar hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan 4. Menguasai Microsoft Office terutama Excel

5. Memahami penggunaan software accounting (Accurate/Odoo)

6. Memahami perpajakan dasar (PPN, PPh)

7. Teliti, rapi, dan memiliki kemampuan analisa yang baik

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan pencatatan transaksi keuangan perusahaan secara akurat

2. Membuat dan memeriksa jurnal harian

3. Menyiapkan laporan keuangan bulanan dan tahunan

4. Melakukan rekonsiliasi bank dan pengecekan saldo akun

5. Mengelola dokumen invoice, pembayaran, dan bukti transaksi

6. Membantu proses closing bulanan dan tahunan

7. Memastikan seluruh transaksi sesuai dengan standar akuntansi perusahaan

8. Membantu proses audit internal maupun eksternal
