Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Several years of experience in production planning, inventory control, or a related field. Experience in the glass industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in using PPIC software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Advanced knowledge of inventory management principles and production planning techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize production and inventory processes.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with different departments, suppliers, and customers.
- Attention to detail to manage complex production schedules and inventory levels accurately.
- Placement in Bekasi, West Java
Responsibility:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing resource utilization.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing processes.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.
- Implement strategies to minimize carrying costs while maintaining adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand customer demand and forecast future requirements.
- Work closely with procurement, logistics, and production teams to ensure seamless coordination of activities.
- Analyze production and inventory data to make informed decisions and adjustments to plans.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall PPIC processes.
- Ensure that production plans and inventory management align with quality standards and customer expectations.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Generate reports on key performance indicators and present findings to management.
