Renoa official adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang fashion apparel wanita.

Kami mencari kandidat yang tepat untuk posisi Admin Finance & Operational.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

Inventaris: Mengelola kebutuhan inventaris kantor

Administrasi: Mengurus surat dan dokumen operasional serta pengarsipan data

Koordinasi: Berhubungan dengan pihak internal (tim produksi) dan pihak external (vendor) terkait aktivitas harian

Pengelolaan Kas: Mengelola Kas Kecil (petty cash), bank dan memastikan saldo fisik sesuai dengan pembukuan

Transaksi & Pembayaran: Melakukan pembayaran kepada vendor/supplier, gaji karyawan dan tagihan operasional lainnya

Perpajakan & Budgeting: Memastikan kepatuhan pajak dan memantau realisasi anggaran

Pencatatan & Pelaporan: Menginput transaksi ke sistem dan menyusun laporan keuangan

Mahir menggunakan microsoft excel dan software akuntansi Accurate
