We’re Hiring: System Analyst / Solution Analyst (AI Solutions) – Banking Sector (Contract)
We are currently seeking experienced System / Solution Analysts to support one of our key banking clients in delivering AI-driven initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who combine strong system analysis capabilities with exposure to AI-based solutions and thrive in agile, fast-paced environments.
Role Overview
As a System / Solution Analyst, you will play a key role in translating business needs into scalable technical solutions, particularly for AI-driven systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, analyze, and enhance applications while ensuring alignment with business and technology objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, Developers, and business users to produce effective software design
- Develop technical documentation including Functional Specification Document (FSD), Technical Specification Document (TSD), Epics, User Stories, and Security Requirements
- Analyze system issues and software defects, and provide solution design for resolution
- Support testing activities by preparing test data and related documentation
- Ensure system design aligns with business requirements and technology standards
- Contribute to continuous improvement in system performance and delivery processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Business/Management, or related field
- Minimum 4+ years of experience as System Analyst / Solution Analyst / Technical Analyst, preferably in the banking industry
- Experience in system analysis for AI-driven solutions or implementation of AI-related applications
- Strong understanding of system design, data flow, and application architecture
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or MySQL; knowledge of data modeling or prompt engineering is a plus
- Familiar with Agile delivery methodology and tools such as Jira
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in English (written & spoken)
Contract & Work Setup
- Contract duration: 6–12 months (extendable based on project needs)
- Work arrangement: Onsite in Jakarta, Tugu Tani
