Job description for SR. FINANCE & ACCOUNT STAFF at Pt Quanta Land Indonesia

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for talented and motivated professionals to join our team at our office in Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage finance, accounting, and tax functions for multiple companies within the Group.
* Prepare monthly and annual financial reports.
* Handle General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
* Prepare and submit tax filings in compliance with Indonesian regulations.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end/year-end closing.
* Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and government authorities.
* Provide financial reports and analysis to Management.
Qualifications
* Female with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
* Experience handling multiple companies is an advantage.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* Familiar with Indonesian tax regulations and reporting systems (Coretax, e-Faktur, e-Bupot).
* Written and spoken English is preferred, as the role involves communication with Management and preparing reports in English.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, able to work independently, and manage multiple priorities.
