Job description for Sr Content dan Social Media Specialist at Octopus Indonesia
Job Desc :
- Social media content creation (write, edit and publish engaging posts for social media)
- Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement, shares, conversion rates)
- Working closely with the Digital Marketing and Grafis Desainer to develop effective social media contents
- Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages
- Monitor and evaluate social media performance with certain metrics
- Understand the relationship between social media performance, and overall social media trend
Requirement :
- Min. 1-2 years of experience handling social media and content writing
- Excellent writing, analysis, communication skills, and Update with Trend
- Up to date with the trend, knows how to use catchy words to persuade viewers
- Have a high interest in making creative content, such as infographics, reels/TikTok, & video stories
- Having experience in the field of social media community management is a bonus
- Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
- Able to join ASAP
