- Client relationship; manage the day to day relationship with key contact (Maintain and grow a network of contacts at the client site)
- Account handling; management responsibility for account administration, co¬ordinating upwards to Directors and appropriate information to accounts and delivery service departments
- Service development; continually seek out opportunities to bring to the client’s attention developments to the service and potentially new ways of working
- Basic data & tracking; proactively identify opportunities to evolve our deliverables as new technology or tools become available and/or as client businesses change focus or structure
- Analysis & insight; demonstrating insight to clients
- Team, people, & self-development; demonstrate ownership for self and team development – complete a development plan and monitor the progress
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Set digital strategies for your assigned customers, considering their specific requirements
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Prepare reports on account status
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Have 3-5 Years Experience in Account/Sales/Marketing or related functions
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platform
- Hands on experience with Social Media Optimization, KOL/Influencer Marketing, SEO/SEM and CRM software is a plus point
