Kualifikasi :

- Pendidikan Min S1 Teknik Mesin/Teknik Industri

- Pengalaman 2-3 Tahun diposisi SPV Produksi

- Berpengalaman dalam bidang produksi injeksi molding plastik minimal 5 tahun

- Memahami struktur molding dengan baik,

- Memiliki pengalaman setting mesin injeksi molding full automatic

- Memiliki jiwa kepemimpinan yang tinggi

- Berpengalaman dalam pembuatan laporan

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Bertanggungjawab membuat target perencanaan pekerjaan

2. Mengatur dan mengawasi pelaksanaan proses produksi, meliputi raw material, supporting material, metode kerja dan mesin untuk memenuhi target produksi.

3. Mengkoordinasikan dan memetakan pekerjaan ke seluruh tingkatan dan bawahannya agar operasional produksi dapat berjalan sesuai rencana

4. Membantu mengelola, mengawasi dan memastikan kepatuhan karyawan terhadap semua peraturan, regulasi dan kebijakan Perusahaan serta SOP yang berlaku
