Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Purchasing Officer Job Description
2. Sourcing: Research and purchase quality goods and services.
3. Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships and negotiate prices and terms.
4. Price Analysis: Compare supplier offers to ensure cost-efficiency and quality.
5. Order Tracking: Monitor stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
6. Quality Control: Inspect arrivals for accuracy and manage returns/exchanges.
7. Reporting: Maintain organized records of invoices, quotes, inventory, and purchases.

Position Requirements:
● Degree in Accounting, Business, or Management.
● Proven experience in Purchasing or Sourcing (Hospitality/Villa background preferred).
● Strong negotiation and networking skills.
● good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating, and liaising with vendors).
● understanding of supply chain procedures.
● proficiency in Microsoft Office
● Highly organized, detail-oriented, Good analytical skills and a high level of integrity
