Apa yang akan kamu lakukan?

Pengelolaan & Inventarisasi Aset: Melakukan pencatatan, pelacakan, dan pemutakhiran database seluruh aset perusahaan secara berkala dan akurat.
Pemeliharaan & Optimasi: Menyusun jadwal perawatan (maintenance) aset serta memastikan semua fasilitas dan properti berfungsi optimal untuk mendukung operasional.
Analisis & Pelaporan: Mengevaluasi siklus hidup aset, menghitung penyusutan (depreciation), dan menyusun laporan kondisi finansial serta fisik aset bagi manajemen.
Koordinasi & Pengadaan: Menangani kebutuhan pengadaan (procurement) aset baru, bernegosiasi dengan vendor, serta mengelola proses penghapusan (disposal) aset yang sudah tidak efisien.
