Your Responsibilities:
- Acquisition of corporate clients in the Legal industry
- Developing long term relationships with clients by building an understanding of their structure, culture, hiring needs and preferences
- Build talent pipelines for clients' long term growth
- Building a robust candidate database via talent mapping
- Managing the 360 degree recruitment process
Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor Degree in any field
- Outgoing and enjoys interaction with others
- Results and goal-oriented
- Excellent Team Player
- Resilient and possess a growth mindset
