About This Role
We’re looking for a Special Projects Intern to join our Special Projects team, to help grow our team across Asia.
The mission of this role is to solve strategic problems that arise in our scaling phase and assist in driving new projects through conducting rapid data analysis with fast turnarounds. You will be a key part of building new business units and scaling them from zero to one.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Fundraising and Operational Improvements
- Geographical Expansion
- Other High-Priority Projects
- Analyse past data and develop simple models for key indicators and metrics
- Prepare and build fundraising models, charts and documentations
Who We Are Looking For
- Comfortable working with and manipulating data
- Strong work ethic with get-it-done growth mindset
- Proactive with proposing solutions and flagging issues
- Open to travel (subject to healthcare / COVID situation)
- Collaborative: Able to work with different BUs and team members across geographies / cultures
- Excited about building and scaling new business units
- Zero-defect mindset (Ensure no formula / excel / PPT formatting errors)
