Job description for Spa Therapist (Daily Worker) at Nirvana Life Bali
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Spa Therapist to join our team. A Spa Therapist is responsible for providing professional body and beauty treatments to guests in a relaxing and hygienic environment. This role requires excellent knowledge of massage techniques, skincare treatments, and wellness practices. The therapist ensures each guest receives a personalized and satisfying spa experience, promoting relaxation, healing, and overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, body scrubs, facials, and other wellness therapies as per service menu.
- Customize treatments according to guests’ individual needs and preferences.
- Conduct pre-treatment consultations to assess guest needs, allergies, or medical conditions.
- Provide aftercare advice and recommend products or follow-up treatments if needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms, equipment, and linens before and after each session.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation protocols strictly.
- Properly use, store, and monitor spa products and tools.
- Report low stock or damaged items to the spa supervisor.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service operations.
- Uphold high levels of professionalism, punctuality, and appearance at all times.
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle minor complaints or feedback politely and professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Spa Therapist in a spa, hotel, or wellness center.
- Skills in multiple Spa treatments including Facial, Basic Manicure & Pedicure
- Good understanding of human anatomy, body systems, and skincare.
- Familiar with spa hygiene protocols and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (other languages are a plus, depending on guest profile).
