Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possessed at least D3, from the Culinary, Hospitality, Tourism major.
- At least 3 years experience of working in the related field is required for this position (Sous Chef or Head Chef).
- Have expert knowledge about COGS report, food costing, Inventory Management, Kitchen Safety.
- Leadership, creativity, and ability to work under pressure.
- Creative with strong culinary knowledge in Asian and/or Western cuisines.
- Skilled in menu execution, food preparation, and presentation.
- Placement : Bandung.
