Job Description: SOURCING SPECIALIST

• Location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Job Type: Full-Time Monday to Friday
• Experience Level: 3-5 Years
• Report to: Global Sourcing Manager
• Salary: 30 to 40 million VND/month (BHXH đóng full lương)
• Language: English & Mandarin Speaking (must)

OVERALL PURPOSE

As a Sourcing Specialist, you’ll manage vendor negotiations, optimize costs, and coordinate shipments to meet client needs and timelines. Collaborating with suppliers and the Sales Team, you’ll ensure product quality and drive innovation while upholding safety, sustainability, and compliance standards. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

• 3-5 years’ experience in a relevant field

• Good at English & Mandarin

• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, & Word

• Strong time management skills, highly organized, and detail oriented

• Positive, driven mindset, team player

• Experience with hardlines and softlines

• Experience with purchasing, negotiations, and project management

DUTIES

• Supporting end-to-end overseas sourcing operations including vendor negotiations, optimizing cost targets, planning and maintaining timelines, and working with freight forwarders to plan and quote shipments.

• Collaborate with Sales Team to identify the unique requirements of each client and project

• Working closely with suppliers and factories to find suitable options based on projects’ requirements and ensuring products meet expectations

• Compiling presentations for client review

• Assist in pre-production sample proofing

• Managing overall overseas supply chain, sourcing strategy, and vendor relations

• Proactively seeks new opportunities, ideas, techniques, and materials to drive product innovation with both new and existing suppliers

• Assist with managing the company’s overall product and sourcing compliance function; key areas include:

- Product safety

- Product quality

- Social Responsibility

- Environmental stewardship

- Import compliance
