Job description for Solutions Consultant:
Our client is a market leader in robotics process automation (RPA) software and solutions provider in China, giving clients all over the world the most comprehensive and forward-thinking hyper-automation solutions. The company offers a complete platform for software automation and digital transformation solutions for various sectors.
Responsibilities:
● Engage cross-functionally across our customers’ organizations and be the primary technical point of contact for our customers.
● Carry on high touch sales activities and act as a trusted advisor to shape the value proposition and vision for target account sales.
● Be an evangelist of the company's product and solution by identifying customer needs and formulating the best solution.
● Build and deliver customized industry-specific demos for new prospects and clients. Support POC (Proof of Concepts) for the strategic accounts.
● Analyze business processes to suggest process improvements and develop RPA / intelligent automation solutions around them.
● Provide coaching and on-the-job training to understudying developers from customer and/or partner, including task assignment and guidance.
● Learn the benefits of new exciting hyper automation technologies and how to integrate with the company.
● Work closely with the Product team for improvement of the core functionalities and adding external technologies to the company's ecosystem.
● Travel to customer/partner sites when necessary.
Must-have requirements for Solutions Consultant:
● Background in business consulting and/or software development.
● Understanding customers' business process pain points and to offer solutions for customer’s benefits.
● Proven project experiences about RPA/intelligent automation/iBPM is a plus.
● Communication skill to communicate with customers and internal stakeholders (Mandarin language is a plus, to collaborate with Chinese clients).
