Job description for Sales and Admin Executive :
Our client is a well-known dance academy in SIngapore. They are looking for a passionate Sales and Admin Executive to provide overall customer and teacher support over email, phone and face to face at the studios.
Responsibilities:
- Understand all classes and schedules offered by the academy in depth so that you can effectively advise customers on what is best for them
- Respond to incoming inquires generated by marketing in a prompt and efficient manner, managing the registration process from initial inquiry through to signing them up as a fully paid student
- Drive the successful opening of new classes, new programs and new studios
- Work as a team with teachers, admins and customer support staff to ensure the highest conversion possible
Must-have requirements for Sales and Admin Executive :
- Customer service experience or sales role
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Comfortable with Excel and customer management systems
- Good attention to detail and organized
- Ability to learn and follow procedures
- Good practical common sense
- Conscientious, self-motivated and target oriented.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Ability to find creative ways around problems, and a drive to get things done
