Job description for Product Manager:
Our client is a leading global blockchain security company with presence across global blockchain ecosystem.. They are looking for a passionate Product Manager.
Key responsibilities:
- Design the company’s related products, conduct competitor analysis and communicate with users,
- Participate in drafting of detailed project requirements, help clarify the scope of project delivery. Determine the priority of each function, delivery time and quality.
- Complete product design based on market demands, including but not limited to flowcharts, prototype drawings, product specifications, operation manuals, etc.
- Continue to do functional analysis, product planning and market research on the business system that you are responsible for and carry out necessary function iterations.
- Actively communicate and cooperate with developers and UI designers, clarify business requirements and technical indicators, answer relevant questions in a timely manner.
- Define and analyze key success metrics for high-quality product launch, and track project follow-up requirements as needed.
- Study the latest blockchain market trends, write project experience reports, and make reasonable suggestions for the development of corresponding project design.
Must-have requirements for Product Manager:
- Bachelor/master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience.
- 3-5 years of retail product experience, a track record of building exceptional products that delight your users and produce clear business impact.
- Have solid knowledge in blockchain, can quickly understand and master new technologies and new tools.
- Able to distill sophisticated information into easy-to-understand concepts and understand how to advise a team through ambiguity.
- Have good professional ethics and be able to take the initiative to accept pressure and challenges.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate with and influence teams across boundaries.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be advantage because you will communicate with the team from headquarter (China)
