Job description for Order Packer:
Our client is a dedicated purveyor of artisanal fine wines. They are currently looking for an Order Packer to be the point of contact for the sales support team and delivery partners.
● Receive, check-in, tag, and stock incoming inventory from the third-party warehouse;
● Pack orders for fulfilment accurately;
● Ensure delivery drivers collect the proper packages for delivery;
● Support sales team in organising bottles for events and trade tastings as needed;
● Complete daily stock transfers in the inventory management system;
● Submit daily drawdown of inventory to our third-party warehouse provider;
● Coordinate and schedule deliveries with our clients and delivery partners;
● Maintain organisation of product reserves for trade customers in our onsite cellar;
● Conduct rotational stocktake of inventory; and
● Assist the office manager with support and other ad-hoc duties
Must-have requirements for Order Packer:
● 0-2 years working experience in relevant industries, internships included
● ITE diploma holder, specialisation in logistics-related fields is a plus
Attributes and Skills
● Able to lift one carton of wine (12 bottles)
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with keen initiative and a flexible, can-do
attitude
● Strong team liaison and interpersonal skills
