Job description for IT Data Executive :
Our client is an independent asset management firm. They are currently looking for a IT Data Executive.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Defining and implementing the data governance and organizational structures needed to support the objectives of the data management program
- Design, configure and deploy data quality workflows and reports
- This function covers incumbents responsible for various data activities, which include database administration, data analysis, maintenance, data quality and database management
- Responsible for routine operational or administrative work
- Day-to-day actions are focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation
- Manage end-to-end data projects; identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, build models, give recommendations, and create insightful automated reports
- Able to translate numbers into actionable business insights and recommendations
- Working with stakeholders on requirements for key business metrics, visualization, delivery and enabling actionable insights
- Building relationships with internal users and external stakeholders
- Communicating recommendations and status updates to impacted stakeholders ensuring that data needs are being met
- Monitor business operation, analysis and notify the daily operation flow
- Ensure reconciled and suspense items are resolved timely
- Ensure all transactions are processed within the agreed SLA
- Be able to perform a demo of the system to internal and external users
- Follow up with internal users leading up to external users’ buy in
- Train and provide support on in-house Portfolio Management tool
- Jointly responsible for a smooth and functioning IT operations
- Maintenance of the work infrastructure as well as the integration of our sister company
Must-have requirements for IT Data Executive :
- Minimally Diploma holder
- 2 - 5 years of work experience in IT operations and infrastructure
- Ability to multi-task and work in a challenging fast paced environment
- Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience in entrepreneurial environments and the flexibility to work in both highly structured corporate settings and less structured start‐up environments
