Job description for F&B Operations Executive:
We are looking for an outgoing and passionate F&B Operations Executive to support the ice-cream kiosk operations of the business. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and Brand and Marketing Manager. You will need a “can do” attitude, a fun personality and willingness to interact with customers at the kiosk. This role will see career progression to an Area Manager role.
Must-have requirements for F&B Operations Executive:
Responsibilities
- Hiring, training and managing of part-timers for staffing and scheduling of manpower at kiosk
- During peak hours, to lead shift in fulfilment of orders at kiosk through serving of customers
- Management inventory of ingredients, ordering and replacement of stock
- Process and manage fulfilment of B2B orders of product to customers by engaging between the manufacturing and sales teams (commission earnings available)
- Ensure quality of products, through planning and implementation of quality assurance and testing of products at kiosk
It will be a 5.5-day work week with meal allowances and overtime/shift pay provided
