Job description for Account Executive :
Our client is a global provider of life-of-field mooring solutions, offering a complete package of services across all marine environments. The are currently looking for an Account Executive.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare project progress reports taking inputs from key project personnel.
· Maintain project cost-sheets.
· Document control of project documents.
· Assist project manager & engineering manager in tracking the project.
· Interface with clients, vendors and third party contractors.
· Keep track of project progress through IDC, IDDR, MDDR and project progress evaluation sheet and update the project manager on the actual progress and the planned progress.
· Prepare maintain & keeping records of project meetings and action tracker.
· Assist project manager & project interface manager in undertaking quality assurance activities.
· Implement InterMoor safety and quality management systems.
· Attend Meetings; training and possible local/overseas assignments when required.
· Work closely, collaboratively and openly with fellow colleagues in order to achieve high quality work in line with InterMoor standards
· To ensure his/ her own safety and that of others is not compromised or placed at risk
