SOLUTION ARCHITECT
The Responsibility:
- Design end-to-end solution architectures covering DevOps, container platforms, databases, custom applications, and security
- Plan and implement CI/CD pipelines and manage DevOps toolchains for automated build, testing, deployment, monitoring, and observability
- Design and manage container-based environments using OpenShift and Kubernetes, including cluster, networking, and workload orchestration
- Design and optimize database solutions (RDBMS & NoSQL), including high availability, backup, and replication strategies
- Define architecture for custom applications and collaborate with development teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Evaluate and recommend the most suitable technology stack for each project
- Conduct security gap analysis and define compliance requirements
- Prepare solution documentation including Scope of Work (SoW), High-Level Design (HLD), and Low-Level Design (LLD)
- Design secure architecture topology and recommend appropriate security technologies
The Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field from a reputable university (min GPA 3.00/4.00)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture / IT Architecture
- Hands-on experience with container platforms such as OpenShift and/or Kubernetes
- Professional certifications such as CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes), Red Hat OpenShift, or AWS/GCP/Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
- Strong understanding of DevOps, data integration, middleware, security, operating systems, RDBMS, and NoSQL databases
- Proven experience in software engineering, architecture design, and programming (Java/JavaScript preferred)
- Experience working in project-based environments and managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience leading or mentoring engineers and guiding technical teams in solution implementation is a plus.
- Ability to prepare technical documentation and solution proposals
- Previous project management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills and fluent in English (written & spoken)
- Willing to learn new technologies and products
- Able to work independently and in a team under pressure
- Willing to travel for business trips when required
- Honest, responsible, disciplined, and highly committed with strong integrity
