Job description for Solidity Developer at Fetch Technology
1. INTRODUCTION

2. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Research, develop and maintain the smart contract components of our stack.
- Discover, develop and implement best practices in our smart contract design and architecture.
- Help build, test, and implement smart contracts.
- Directly build our own core contract modules that interact with other well-known Defi protocols.
- Act as a resource on Solidity to other members of engineering team.
3. REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of relevant blockchain-related work experience.
- Deep technical knowledge and understanding of Solidity.
- Previous experience working with smart contracts and blockchain design paradigms.
- Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate with and across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Experience with EVM compatible tooling/languages/frameworks such as Solidity, Truffle, and Hardhat, Rust.
- Familiar with third-party security contract libraries such as OpenZeppelin.
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Qualifications (Nice to have):
- Experience in Defi project development (preferred).
- Experience building creator or consumer social products.
- Open-source contributions.
- web3 projects, DAO membership, NFT collection drops, side projects and Hackathon Experiences.
