Job Description :
- Star on Camera: Act as the main talent for all TikToks, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Plan & Shoot: Turn our existing content angles into engaging, relatable videos and jump on fast-moving trends.
- Engage the Audience: Reply to DMs and comments across platforms with a fun, human tone (no corporate speak).
- An energetic person, on-camera face of Noir Gear.
- Who bring the energy to execute, we provide the strategy and creative briefs.
Requirements :
- Demographics: Female, maximum 25 years old.
- On-Camera Skills: Expressive, highly confident, and energetic. Must be able to hook viewers in the first 3 seconds.
- Industry Knowledge: Understands gaming culture and uptodate to gaming news (minimum requirement: knows the difference between a membrane and a mechanical keyboard).
- Technical Skills: Has an active personal TikTok and is experienced in shooting and editing short-form videos.
- Education: High school grads, active undergrads, and fresh grads are all welcome. On-screen presence > degrees.
