RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and manage content plan (weekly and monthly), ensuring consistent and engaging posts across social media (Instagram and TikTok) platforms.
- Interact with customers on social media by responding to comments, asking questions, posting engaging content, and encouraging reviews and feedback.
- Optimize social media to make accounts more appealing and user-friendly.
- Analyze key metrics using analytics tools, evaluate performance, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- Collaborate with the team to generate fresh ideas, suggest content, and provide feedback for improvements.
- Create campaign for product launch and drive traffic to the marketplace.
- Implement strategies to grow social media and prepare performance reports.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing, especially in the fashion industry.
- Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to create engaging content for fashion audiences.
- Experience in developing social media strategies that align with business goals and enhance brand image.
- In-depth knowledge of fashion industry trends and consumer behavior on social media platforms.
- Strong analytical skills to measure campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization).
