Job Description
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and brand awareness.
- Plan, create, schedule, and monitor daily content across social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Coordinate with the creative team to produce compelling visual content and copywriting.
- Ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor trends, digital culture, and competitor activities to keep content relevant and innovative.
- Optimize content strategies based on data insights and campaign performance.
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Visual Communication Design, Creative Media, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist.
- Experience working in a digital/creative agency is preferred.
- Experience handling F&B or lifestyle brands is highly preferred, especially culture-driven and trend-focused brands.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and digital trends.
- Proficient in content planning, scheduling, and performance analytics tools.
- Creative, innovative, and capable of producing engaging content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends when required.
