Social Media Specialist (Level Sr. Staff - Supervisor)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

* Mengelola dan menjalankan aktivitas live streaming (terutama TikTok) dari perencanaan hingga evaluasi

* Menyusun konsep, script, dan jadwal live untuk meningkatkan engagement dan penjualan

* Berkoordinasi dengan host, KOL, dan tim internal selama pelaksanaan live

* Memantau dan menganalisis performa live (views, engagement, conversion)

* Mengoptimalkan strategi live untuk meningkatkan traffic dan sales

* Bertanggung jawab mengoptimalkan berbagai format (video, live) untuk mendorong audiens melakukan action (Chat, WhatsApp, Appointment)

* Menganalisis performa campaign terhadap budget (ROI, cost per result, dll)

Kualifikasi:

* Pendidikan min. D3/S1

* Memiliki pengalaman min. 1–3 tahun di social media / live streaming

* Memahami platform TikTok dan tren live streaming

* Terbiasa bekerja dengan target (engagement & sales)

* Komunikatif, kreatif, dan proaktif

* Mampu membaca dan menganalisis performa konten/live

* Dapat bekerja di bawah tekanan dengan target yang sudah ditentukan

* Familiat dengan Ads (Google, Tiktok, Meta)

* Dapat menghandle website
