Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT YOU Indonesia
- Manage Social Media campaigns for various social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Channel) to align with marketing strategies.
- Publish engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news).
- Create quarterly editorial plan content in each social media platform.
- Design & implement social media strategies to increase engagement & followers.
- Set specific objectives and report on ROI.
- Responding to customer inquiries & comments on social platforms in a timely manner.
- Manage database & customer service through digital platforms.
- Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and nutritionist to ensure brand consistency.
- Select & collaborate with Key Opinion Leader (KOL) from socmed influencers.
- Involve in ideation/creation of influencer campaign in acquiring & maintaining KOL/influencers.
- Negotiate KOL’s costs appropriately to ensure a mutually beneficial agreement.
- Analyse & monitor KOL performance.
- Build relationships with the online community
- Creating collaborative programs with relevant communities, health professionals, socialites, brand users, and publishers.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience in social media content management.
- Having good and extensive networking with KOL/ influencers/communities.
- Excellent communication & copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
- Able to measure social media engagement
- Savvy with current trends in social media and digital marketing.
- Great interpersonal skills
- Great time management skills and attention to detail
- Team player and love to interact with people.
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or a relevant field is preferred.
