Social Media Specialist

Our brand, PHOMI is the industry leader in the world for eco-friendly or green building materials. Our product is a modified clay material, which perfectly suitable to be used as both exterior and interior design. The products have been applied in different projects all over the world. Our company’s vision is to create a more environmental friendly living space by using a sustainable recyclable green products and help our clients to maximize their potentials in creating their dream buildings.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Handles content management and content marketing for all of our social platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, and Instagram).
• Know how to set up & running a facebook manager & Ads
• Setting creative direction and act as content producer
• Deep expertise in social media marketing content
• Create monthly social media strategy & campaign planning
• Create daily briefs, contents, and copywriting for Instagram feed
• Suggesting recommendations to adjust the social media marketing strategy for optimal results.
• Staying up to date on best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing and social media.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and creative directors to ensure content is informative and appealing.
• Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK)

Qualifications and Skills

• Age between 22-30
• A Bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, design, marketing, or a related field
• At least 1 years of work experience in social media and marketing strategy
• Excellent portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects. An attached portfolio would be advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Creative and innovative sense of art
• Has a good knowledge in making Social Media Content
• Able to work individually or in teams
• Excellent ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
• Artistic, creative and communicative
• Own personal laptop
