We’re Hiring! — Content Creator & Social Media Specialist
Hi everyone!
PT Umolab Creative Design is looking for a creative and detail-driven Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to help us build engaging content and grow our online presence.
What you’ll do :
* Create engaging content ideas, scripts, and concepts for TikTok, Reels, and other platforms
* Produce and edit photos/videos for social media (shooting & editing)
* Manage all social media channels (IG, TikTok, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube)
* Build and execute monthly content calendars
* Write attractive captions aligned with brand voice
* Monitor trends and incorporate them into content
* Respond to comments & DM to increase engagement
* Analyze content performance and provide data-driven recommendations
* Coordinate with internal teams for campaign needs
* Manage digital activities such as giveaways, collaborations, and promos
Requirements
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in content creation or social media
* Strong editing skills (CapCut, VN, Canva, Adobe tools)
* Creative, up-to-date with trends, and active on social media
* Good communication & storytelling skills
* Able to work under deadlines and multitask
* Portfolio is required (video/photo/Reels/TikTok)
