Job description for Social Media Specialist at Coinvestasi

Our ideal candidate is someone with relevant social media experience and passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain. Someone who is detailed, well-organised and contributes genuine value to a team.
You will be responsible for writing unique content and social media strategy
Responsibilities
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- plan, create, publish and share intriguing and engaging content (original text, images, or video) that builds meaningful connections and encourages audience to take action
- Optimize company pages within each social platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Create editorial calendars
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Collaborate with other departments (researcher, designer, etc) to create quality contents
- Stay updated on social media algorithm & trends
Requirements
- Proven working experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok)
- Excellent planning and executing social contents (photo/video/text),
- Demonstrable social media experience and social analytics tools knowledge
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented with good multitasking and organisational ability
- BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations
Nice to have
- Knowledge about finance/investment/crypto & digital assets
- Great sense of visual aesthetics
- Great sense of humor & consume meme on daily basis
- Always update on pop & internet culture
