Job description for Social Media Specialist at PT Pendanaan Teknologi Nusa
- Develop, implement, manage, and planning for social media pertaining to Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, etc and making sure the strategy’s alignment with the business goal of the company
- Constantly discuss and set about social media KPI
- Set specific weekly, monthly objectives and create report on social media’s performance
- Manage and oversee social media content (e.g original text, photos, video, and news)
- Analyze competitor’s social media strategies
- Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
- Work together with designer to ensure the content is informative and appealing
- Create and implement some active campaign to develop brand awareness, like promotions & competitions
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from Communication, Marketing, Public Relation or any relevant field from reputable university (Min GPA 3.00)
- Proven experience as social media specialist minimum 2 years
- Excellent knowledge about social media practices (Facebook, Instagram, Linkedid, Twitter, Youtube, Line, etc)
- Actively using social media
- Good understanding about social media KPIs
- Have designing skill is a plus
- Good creativy, critical thinking, and problem solving skill
- Can work in a fast-paced environment
- Have a good communication in English both written and oral
- Willing to work in BSD area
