Here's what we need in our Social Media Specialist candidates.
Primary responsibilities :
- Manage internal & client's social media calendar.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas.
- Post on various social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Create weekly and monthly editorial calendars to promote company brands on various social media websites.
- Create contents based on client's needs & request as well as giving suggestions according to the trends.
- Coordinate with marketing team to create marketing campaigns.
- Analyze analytics to gauge the success of campaigns.
- Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability.
- Support marketing team at live and online events.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of reputable university in any major
- Minimum 2 year working experience in the same field (Preferably candidates with experience from creative agency)
- Good command in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
- Passionate about writing and linguistics, as proven by previous published work
- Deep understanding of branding & content strategy
- Experience in executing content strategy or previous agency experience is a plus point
- Highly creative and great attention to detail
- Fluent in English, spesifically in written english
- Positive, can-do attitude is a must
- Highly motivated to learn and have the ability to learn new concepts quickly and apply them to assigned tasks and responsibilities
- Ability to think and work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative
- Ability to multitask.
