Requirements :
- 5 years of expeience working with social media (in a media agency is a plus)
- Proven competency and superior knowledge of social platforms, tools and performance tracking
- Detailed oriented and a creative problem solver
- Strong work ethics and performance-driven
- Keen eyes on details
- Articulative and have a good communication and collaboration skill
Job Description :
- Manage the social media content team (Designer and social media specialist) to make sure its quality and time of deliverable
- Planning, developing, implemeting and manging impactful content strategies
- Identifying trend in klien needs & wants, andp plan digital campaign based on the research results to build Dipstrategy's community online
- Strategize and plan contens on social media to engange the online community and increase traction on the various platforms
- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research and audience identification
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data or metrics, insights andbest practices, and then acting the on the information
- Stay updatd with the latest social media best practices and technologies, be it from internal or external avenues
