Job description for Social Media Manager at Kelontongunik
- Develop, implement and manage social media strategy
- Supervise all aspects of social media interaction between customers and the company, and monitor customer service experience
- Manage ads on social media (fb, instagram, tiktok)
- Create strong and creative copywriting
- Building a social media presence by maintaining a solid online presence
- Able to use social media marketing tools such as Buffer etc
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media and applications
- Monitor all Social Media SEO and Engagement
- Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions with influencers/other socmed media channel
- Minimum 2 Years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Degree in marketing, business, media advertising, public relations or equivalent with minimum GPA 3.00
- Age between 23-27 years old
- Great knowledge of Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook and Twitter
- Understanding of SEO and social media traffic metrics
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Able to Multitask
- Good time-management skills and teamwork
- Great Interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
