Memimpin strategi dan eksekusi social media RASET untuk meningkatkan brand awareness, engagement, dan conversion secara konsisten melalui konten yang relevan, cepat, dan berbasis data.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Menyusun dan menjalankan strategi social media (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, dll)
Mengelola tim konten (content creator, editor, talent)
Mengembangkan content plan harian & campaign bulanan
Mengoptimalkan performa konten (reach, engagement, conversion)
Mengelola kolaborasi dengan KOL / influencer
Mengidentifikasi tren dan memastikan RASET selalu relevan di market
Mengintegrasikan social media dengan sales & campaign marketing
Monitoring dan analisa performa (data-driven decision)

Kualifikasi

Pengalaman min. 1–3 tahun di bidang social media / digital marketing
Terbiasa handle TikTok & Instagram (WAJIB)
Paham algoritma, tren konten, dan audience behavior
Berpengalaman memimpin tim (content / kreatif)
Strong sense of content (hook, storytelling, visual)
Data-driven (tidak hanya kreatif, tapi juga bisa membaca angka)
Fast, adaptif, dan terbiasa kerja dengan target

Nilai Tambah (Preferred)

Pernah handle brand consumer / retail / tech
Pengalaman kerja dengan influencer / KOL
Pernah menghasilkan konten viral (proven result)
Memahami marketplace (Shopee / Tokopedia)
