Job description for Social Media Manager at Advesa Digital Solutions
- Create social media strategies that promote the success of client objectives
- Work alongside the project coordinator and brand manager to ensure business and social strategies aline with business objectives
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns and strategies for multiple clients: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube etc
- Work alongside the social engagement officers to ensure each brand voice is being projected accordingly
- Collaborate with the content and graphics team to prepare deliverables for each client calendar
- Prepares regular highlight reports for relevant stakeholders and host regular meets to discuss updates, areas of opportunity and improvements
- Schedule publications on social media and ensure continued engagement
- Brainstorm and implement new ideas in marketing strategies
- Collect followers’ feedback and preferences
- This role will report directly to the Brand Project coordinator

- Have a successful track record of managing and growing reach, engagement rates, and followers/subscribers across social platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and Linkedin.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in paid social or digital marketing
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok
- Strong understanding of content marketing principles
- Expertise in social media analytics and content management systems
- Working knowledge of visual design principles
- Solid analytical, strategic and creative thinking
- Great organizational skills; ability to monitor multiple social media platforms concurrently
- Adept at community building and keeping calm under high-pressure online interactions
- Excellent English skills in both oral and written formats
- Impeccable communication skills
