Job Description
We're looking for someone who already understands what makes content perform, even if they've never held the job title before. You'll work directly on our own social accounts, not as a support role, but as someone actively shaping what we post and why.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and post to TryBuzzer's social media accounts
2. Produce Reels for TryBuzzer's Instagram and TikTok
3. Pitch content ideas backed by reasoning, not just visuals
4. Review weekly analytics and report on what worked and what didn't
5. Support content production for our creator community and for brand-facing channels
6. Participate in regular reviews of post performance with the team
Requirements:
1. Active, hands-on experience growing a social media account (personal, fan page, meme account, or similar), formal marketing coursework is not required
2. Comfortable shooting and editing Reels
3. Comfortable reading analytics and drawing conclusions from data
4. Able to take direct feedback and iterate quickly
5. Based in or near Jakarta, Tangerang, or able to work remotely with reliable internet
